Why the work matters.
Noon reports, bunker reports and statements of fact arrive late, use different formats and can contradict one another. Port calls, time at anchor, canal transits and ship-to-ship transfers change how the voyage must be understood. Rebuilding it by hand leaves reporting dependent on incomplete records.

Put every report into a standard format
Read different layouts into shared fields, with validation, field-level confidence and reusable templates. Missing information remains visible as a gap.
Build the voyage in event order
Fixed shipping rules order events and determine voyage boundaries and legs. The same reports and settings produce the same record, irrespective of arrival order; unclear events are flagged for review.
Resolve conflicts and retain the history
Source priorities and operator corrections govern revisions. The system keeps both when an event happened and when it was reported, preserving displaced values and their sources.
Check, accept and reuse the record
Explicit formulas calculate figures from the reconciled record. Teams review gaps before sign-off and control later corrections. Full API access feeds the accepted record into their existing tools.
