Become an associate

Bring your experience.
Help shape what’s next.

We’re actively growing our associate network and would like to hear from experienced people who share our approach.

Our associates bring specialist knowledge across operations, engineering, energy, maritime, technology and organisational change. We assemble the expertise around the problem, with clear roles and direct involvement from the founders.

If you enjoy working closely with clients, bringing sound judgement and turning ideas into practical progress, we’d like to talk.

How we work

Understand the reality.
Make the answer useful.

Work with the people doing the job.

Operators, engineers, analysts and advisers know where the friction is. Their experience shapes the work from the start.

Make the reasoning visible.

Show the evidence, explain the assumptions and make it clear what has been tested and what remains uncertain.

Keep the next decision in view.

Every piece of work should help your team decide what to change, where to invest or how to act.
